Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. If ownership of a deposit cannot be verified, the funds will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Only valid bets count toward wagering calculations — opposing bets or low-risk tactical bets may be excluded.

5.3 VIP Cashback

9999 tk has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.5% at Silver, 0.7% at Gold, 1.0% at Platinum, and 1.2% at Diamond.

Weekly cashback is calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). Example: a Gold tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.7% = ৳140 in cashback.

6. Game and Betting Rules

9999 tk offers slots, live casino, cricket, and various other games and betting services. Each game or betting category has its own rules, which are displayed during gameplay.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has set minimum and maximum bet limits, which are shown in the game interface. 9999 tk reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.2 Technical Issues

If an internet connection is lost during a game or a technical issue occurs on the platform, the result stored on the 9999 tk server will be considered final. 9999 tk reserves the right to void any abnormal results or winnings caused by a software error.

6.3 Cricket and Sports Betting

8. Account Suspension and Closure

• Direction from a court or law enforcement agency.
