Customer Support
Common questions about support channels, hours, and language.
9999 tk offers two support channels. First, click the Live Chat button in the bottom-right corner of any page to speak directly with an agent. Second, you can write by email — provide a detailed description of your issue for a faster resolution. Both channels are active and available every day.
Yes, 9999 tk live chat and email support are available 24/7 — seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. Whether it is 3 AM or 5 in the morning — during a BPL match or on Eid night — you can reach support at any time. The service does not close on holidays.
The 9999 tk support team assists in both Bengali and English. The option to communicate in Bengali is provided with Bangladeshi players in mind, so not knowing English is not a problem. Write in Bengali on live chat and you will receive a reply in Bengali.
For a faster resolution, have the following information ready before reaching out:
- Your 9999 tk account username
- When the issue occurred (date and approximate time)
- Transaction ID (if the issue involves a deposit or withdrawal)
- Which device and browser you are using
- Send a screenshot of the problem if you have one
For urgent issues, live chat is the fastest — an agent typically responds within a few minutes. For email support, writing a full description of the issue and attaching documents or screenshots when relevant results in a more detailed resolution. Email is more suitable for account verification or large withdrawal matters.
If you have trouble accessing your account, first use the "Forgot password?" option on the 9999 tk Login page. If that does not work either, contact us via live chat or email and provide your username and registered mobile number. The support team will verify your identity and help recover the account.
Deposits
Everything you want to know about depositing via bKash, Nagad, and all other payment methods.
9999 tk supports five deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for all methods. Full details on deposits and withdrawals are available on the 9999 tk Wallet page.
Log in to 9999 tk, go to the Wallet section, select "Deposit", and choose Nagad. Enter the amount (minimum ৳100), send money from your mobile banking app to the Nagad number shown on the page, then submit the transaction ID. If the details are correct, the balance will be added to your account promptly.
9999 tk itself does not charge any deposit fee. However, bKash's own charges may apply when you send money from your bKash account — this is subject to bKash's own policy. Before depositing, check the amount you are sending against your balance, as the credited amount will reflect what remains after the service charge is deducted.
First confirm that you sent to the correct number, sent the correct amount, and submitted the transaction ID correctly. If the balance still does not appear, contact live chat immediately and send the transaction ID and a screenshot. The support team will verify and adjust the balance.
9999 tk offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,200. To withdraw this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount (৳1,200) 15 times, which equals ৳18,000 in bets. Make sure to read the bonus terms.
The minimum withdrawal amount at 9999 tk is ৳1,000. After submitting a withdrawal request, funds typically arrive in bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are also available. Account verification may be required before your first withdrawal.
Slot Games
Common questions about progressive jackpots, free spins, budget, and volatility.
In progressive jackpot slots, a small portion of every bet is added to a central pool. The more players who play, the larger the prize grows. When a specific combination or bonus round is triggered, the entire jackpot from that pool can be won. After the jackpot is won, the pool resets to zero. See the 9999 tk Slots page for more details.
In most slots, landing 3 or more scatter symbols at the same time triggers a free spins round. Free spins let you bet without deducting real money, and winnings are generally added to the bonus balance. Some games also have an option to rebuy free spins. The free spin rules for each game can be found in the game's paytable.
For a small budget, choose low-volatility slots — these pay out smaller prizes more frequently, so your balance lasts longer. Look for games with a low minimum bet size. PG Soft games like Fortune Tiger or Fortune Rabbit work well on a small budget. Trying a game in demo mode first is also a sensible approach.
Volatility refers to how often and how large a slot game pays out. Low volatility means smaller but more frequent wins — good for budget management. High volatility means wins come less often but are larger when they do — requiring patience and a bigger bankroll. Games from Nolimit City or Hacksaw Gaming are generally high volatility.
Yes, many slot games on 9999 tk offer a demo mode or fun play using virtual coins. This mode lets you understand the game mechanics, bonus rounds, and paytable properly. However, any winnings in demo mode are not added to your real balance — it is for practice only.
RTP, or Return to Player, is an indicator of what percentage of bets a slot theoretically returns over a long period of play. For example, Fortune Mouse has a maximum RTP of 96.96% — meaning an average of ৳96.96 returns for every ৳100 wagered over the long term. A higher RTP suggests a comparatively better chance of return. However, RTP is a long-term average — results in individual sessions will vary.
Device and Technical Issues
Common questions about mobile, browser, and connection problems.
9999 tk works on Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and Windows and macOS laptops and desktops. The best performance is on updated versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. Some features may be limited on older Android (below version 5) or older iOS. The 9999 tk App is also available.
On Android, open the site in Chrome, tap the menu button (three dots), then select "Add to Home screen". On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap the share icon at the bottom, then choose "Add to Home Screen". After that you can open it directly like an app at any time.
If the connection drops, the current round is saved on the server. When you reconnect, you can resume the game from where it left off and any winnings will remain in your balance. However, in live casino games (Evolution, Ezugi), the outcome of a bet that was in progress when the connection dropped is determined according to the server record. Contact live chat if you experience any issues.
First, clear your browser's cache and cookies. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear browsing data, check "Cached images and files" and "Cookies", and delete them. Then refresh the page. On mobile, close other tabs and restart the app to free up RAM. If the problem persists, try a different browser or the 9999 tk App.
Yes, all live casino games on 9999 tk — including Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi — can be played directly from a mobile browser. For a good experience, use a stable Wi-Fi or 4G/5G connection, as live streaming uses more data. Keeping battery saver mode off helps maintain better video quality.
The 9999 tk Android (APK) and iOS app are available through official channels. For full details about the app, see the 9999 tk APK page. Downloading an APK from third-party sites is not safe — always get the app from the official source.
